After unboxing, install the mounting brackets and shades according to the provided installation instructions. Once properly installed, your shades are ready to use.
Lifting Mechanism
Do not tamper with or disassemble the lifting mechanism, as this may damage the shades and affect their operation.
Material & Color Variations
Natural materials may develop subtle color changes over time due to exposure to sunlight and other environmental conditions.
Slight variations between your finished shades and fabric samples are normal. Colors may also vary slightly between production batches due to differences in materials and manufacturing conditions.
Care & Cleaning
Our shades are not designed to be removed for washing. Do not machine wash or soak the shades. For routine care, gently dust the surface and follow the care instructions specific to your shade material.

Measuring Guide: How to Get the Perfect Fit
Inside Mount
What Is an Inside Mount?
An inside mount is installed neatly within the window frame, creating a clean, tailored look while keeping your window trim visible. It's a great choice for a simple, uncluttered finish.
How to Measure
Depth: Measure the available depth inside your window frame. A minimum depth of 2 1/2" is required for proper installation.
Width: Measure the inside width at three points — top, middle, and bottom. Use the smallest measurement and subtract 3/8" to determine your ordering width.
Height: Measure the inside height at three points — left, center, and right. Use the largest measurement as your ordering length.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Light Gaps: Small gaps may appear along the sides to allow the shade to operate smoothly. For better light coverage, consider an Outside Mount.
Size Deduction: The 3/8" width deduction is already included in your ordering measurement. No additional deduction is needed.
Measurement Precision: Record all measurements to the nearest 1/8". The ordered width and length include the headrail.
Outside Mount
What Is an Outside Mount?
An outside mount is installed on the wall above the window or directly onto the window trim. It provides fuller coverage, helps minimize light gaps, and creates the appearance of larger, taller windows.
How to Measure
Width: Measure the outside width of the window frame or trim. Add extra width on both sides for better coverage.
Height: Measure the window height from the top outside edge to the bottom outside edge of the frame. Include the distance above the frame where you plan to install the shade, plus any desired extension below the window.
Recommended Overlap
Width: We recommend adding 2" on each side (4" total) for better light coverage. If space allows, you may extend up to 3" on each side.
Height: For a taller, more open look, consider mounting the shade approximately 10–12" above the window frame. This allows room for the shade to stack when raised, keeping more of the window visible.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Mounting Space: Make sure there is at least 2" of flat space above the window for the headrail and brackets.
Obstructions: Check for decorative trim, handles, or other hardware that may interfere with installation. Projection brackets may help provide additional clearance.
Ordering Size: Your ordering width and length represent the overall shade dimensions, including the headrail. No width deduction is required for Outside Mount.

A minimum window depth of 2.5 inches is required for an inside mount.
Yes. Please deduct 3/8 inch from the window opening width before placing your order.
For example, if your window opening is 50 inches wide, order a width of 49 5/8 inches.
Yes. For Inside Mount, the Measurement Finder automatically subtracts 3/8" from the smallest window width measurement. The recommended size is ready to order, so no additional deduction is needed.
For Outside Mount, no deduction is applied.

Please do not pull, unfold, or operate the shade before it is fully installed. Using the shade while the headrail is not securely mounted may cause the internal cords to tangle or damage the shade.
Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by our after-sales service.
Once installed, use both hands to gently and evenly raise or lower the bottom rail. Avoid pulling from only one side, as this may affect the shade’s alignment and operation.
